The Posh planning package takes the stress out of the planning process so that you can enjoy your entire engagement from the moment the ring is placed on your finger to the moment you enter your bridal suite at the end of your wedding day. We are here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring that your experience is flawless, blissful and worry free. The Posh Planning Package includes all Love Events by Jen packages. Love Events will create a unique experience to reflect your love story!

Chic Package

For clients who have done most of the planning themselves & need someone to manage the last months

        This is the perfect service for those clients who have done most of the planning themselves and needs someone to manage the last month(s). You are welcome to choose the services you need, while not paying extra for items you’ve got covered on your own. This is perfect for the client who needs help with selected items, but not everything or is feeling overwhelmed and needs help getting back on track.

Day Of Package

“go to” person on your wedding day!

        The Day Package starts with a free consultation to hear all about your wedding and what you want your big day to feel like. Love Events creates a customized Day of Timeline that your wedding party and vendors receive before the wedding. We review the timeline at your rehearsal and will fully execute your vision the day of the wedding. We take the stress away and become your “go to” person on your wedding day!

  • Initial Event Consultation
  • A walk through of your venue to go over layout and design
  • A meeting two weeks prior to your wedding to finalize details
  • I contact all your vendors once hired to introduce myself and gather there contact information. I will contact your Vendors prior to your wedding to finalize details & payments
  • Detailed custom day Timeline for your vendors and Wedding Party. Includes hair and makeup timeline, photo timeline, ceremony and reception timeline
  • Onsite Coordination of the Rehearsal for up to an hour
  • Up to 12 hours of On-Site Day of Coordination with a Planner and an assistant
  • Manage setup, Decorations, vendor arrivals and floral distribution. Does not include creating centerpieces or other décor the day of
  • Coordinate entrances with Wedding Party and vendors throughout the event
  • Wedding Day Emergency Kit provided for Bride and Bridal Party throughout the event
  • Monitor and Resolve any unexpected situations
  • Collect and Secure all wedding gifts and keepsakes at the end of the night
  • If within the 12 hours we tear down the ceremony and reception décor etc. Not responsible for trash removal at the end of the night.
  • Available anytime via email, text or call with any Wedding Questions up to the day of your Wedding. Allow 24 hours for a response.
  • Unlimited hours researching and preparing timelines, contact lists, etc.
  • From start to finish making sure your vision is executed and goes smoothly

We are here to help you celebrate all of life's special moments

   We plan parties to include engagement parties, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, and anniversary celebrations. We believe there always needs to be a party somewhere!

Baby Showers

First comes marriage then comes baby! We can't wait to help you shower you and your little one! We do it all from your traditional baby shower, to a sip and see, or a couple's shower. We are here to make your baby shower one to remember!

Baby shower includes:

  • Venue assistance
  • Sourcing your vendors, including but not limited to catering, desserts, photography, flowers, invitations/paper, and entertainment 
  • Creative direction for theme, colors, and decor
  • Floor plans and table seating 
  • Advice on etiquette and trends 
  • Overseeing setup and breakdown
  • Complete coordination on the day of the shower

Bridal Showers

Your big day starts with a fabulous bridal shower to shower the bride to be!

Bridal shower includes:

  • Venue assistance 
  • Sourcing your vendors, including but not limited too, your caterer, florist, entertainment, stationery, and decor.
  • Decor and styling
  • Game ideas, if desired
  • Advice on etiquette and trends
  • Floor planning and table seating 
  • Complete day-of coordination
